LANL Institute for Advanced Studies
The Institute for Advanced Studies is one of the five academically-led institutes within LANL. The IAS includes the University of New Mexico, New Mexico State University, and New Mexico Tech. It is part of the National Security Education Center. The IAS combines the strengths of New Mexico's research universities with the unique capabilities of Los Alamos National Laboratory to promote research and educational opportunities.
Great Surveys Workshop
This workshop is aimed at building upon the wide interest in astronomical surveys in the community. This meeting will bring together the key workers in the field to exchange ideas, identify areas of cooperation, and to discuss plans for the future.
